1. About the Warranty Policy

(1)Warranty coverage

Magichome showerheads are provided with a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty policy covers all functional failures due to defects in materials or workmanship.

(2)What the warranty does not cover

This warranty only applies to defects arising from normal use of the environment, and does not cover the following cases:

  • Human damage: Such as damages caused by dropping, impact, etc.
  • Abnormal use: Including but not limited to improper installation, incorrect operation, and failure to follow the instructions and guidelines for use.
  • Environmental damage: Damage caused by corrosion, scale, chemicals, etc.
  • Unauthorised repair or modification: Any repair or dismantling not authorised by Magichome will invalidate the warranty.

(3)Warranty Service Process

  • Contact customer service: When you find any problem with the product, please contact After-sales@magichomeshop.com immediately.
  • Troubleshooting: Our customer service will communicate with you via email to confirm the product failure problem.
  • Replacement: During the warranty period, we will replace the new product for you free of charge if it is confirmed to be defective in material or workmanship.


2. About Refund Policy

(1)Refund period

You can choose to return and refund the product within 7 days from the date of receipt. Refund requests need to be made within this period and submitted with relevant proof, such as pictures or text descriptions.

(2)Refund Conditions

  • Unused and intact packaging: The product must remain in an unused state and come with complete original packaging, labels, and all accompanying accessories.
  • Quality issues: If the received product has quality issues, please provide detailed photos or videos as evidence, and we will promptly process your refund request.

(3)Notes

  • Return shipping costs: The return cost due to quality problems will be borne by Magichome; the return cost due to personal reasons needs to be borne by the customer.
  • Refund process: After receiving and verifying that the returned goods meet the refund conditions, we will process your refund within 3 working days and the money will be returned to your account through the original payment method.

(4)Return and Refund Process

  • Contact customer service: Please contact us via After-sales@magichomeshop.com, explaining the reason for the return or refund.
  • Application for verification: Provide the appropriate information and evidence, and the customer service team will conduct a preliminary verification.
  • Return shipping: After confirming the return request, please ship the product back to our designated address and provide the logistics tracking number.
  • Refund processing: After receiving the return and confirming that it meets the conditions, we will process the refund.
